I guess my interest in cookies began with a shower I gave my co-worker Elizabeth last fall. For the first time, I tried my hand at royal icing and made monogram cookies for the occasion. I quickly learned royal icing is a royal pain!
It wasn't until this winter that I really had time to work on my cookie skills. I appreciate my professional cookie testers (thanks...you know who you all are *Ü*) and the constructive criticism I've received!
