Guess what! The fabulous pinwheel party I mentioned here by Joanne of oh goodie designs was featured today on event planner extroidenaire Amy Atlas Events blog!! My friend Kelly saw it on Amy Atlas' Facebook page first and called to tell me MY cookies were on AMY ATLAS' BLOG!!! Actually she was screaming in my ear! *Ü* I think I was thinking "nu-uh" not MY cookies! But yes, there was indeed a photo of MY pinwheel cookies! A very happy moment indeed! *Ü*

Cookies made to coordinate with an invite of a giraffe sticking his head up in the clouds! Mom-to-be Lindsey gave these cookies to her friends as a hostess gift. Aiden Michael will be here soon! Thank you Lindsey for the fun order! *Ü*

Happy 1st Birthday Klaire!

Little Miss Klaire was celebrating her first birthday! I coordinated them with the invite my niece Christina designed here. I created some of my first cookies last year for a baby shower for Klaire! I also made cookies for Klaire's momma to give out at the hospital upon her arrival (but I don't think I have photos of those for some reason). Happy 1st Birthday Klaire! I always enjoy working with you Amber and thank you!! *Ü*

Pinwheel Party

I had the opportunity to work with the talented party planner JoAnne of oh goodie designs who was going to be featured on her local TV station in San Antonio! My head was spinning with ideas when she told me it was a pinwheel theme! Of course I had to experiment with my cookie design to see if I could actually style a pinwheel without it looking like a square mess! *Ü* I made just some regular cookies and then some pinwheels pops of course! Love, love the color combo and was very pleased with how they turned out!

Happy 7th Birthday Emma!

I finally got the chance to do ladybugs!! I've had this idea in my head for a while! I love the look of their wings spread! Added a little mini ladybugs and daisies to cutesy it up a bit! *Ü* Thank you so much Tina...it was nice meeting you! *Ü*

Lucky!

I didn't do any St. Patrick's cookie orders, but I was wanting to tweak a recipe so I experimented with shamrocks! Do you like my bug....she's the not-quite-ripe ladybug! *Ü* My friends at church are always willing guinea pigs so I bagged these up and my girls handed some out to their friends the Wednesday night before St. Pat's Day! The talented Lindi at Love-The-Day had generously offered a free download on her blog earlier in the month so I printed off her tags to cutesy up my bags!!
